Shipping:
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in eco-friendly packages.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
What is the range of locations to which CtrlAltDel ships their products?
WE deliver almost everywhere throughout India.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We use shiprocket and other leading courier companies for Shipping.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
CtrlAltDel shall not be liable to pay for any article damages after hand over to its partner reputed courier company or delay in delivery.
Does CtrlAltDel change their products pricing information or cancel any order?
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CtrlAltDel.
CtrlAltDel may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at any time.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses to which they are inclusive.
Return:
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation
If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odour.
Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; CtrlAltDel reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
The brand is not liable for any product defects discovered 15 days after the date of purchase/ delivery.
YOU MAY INITIATE THE REQUEST OF AN EXCHANGE/RETURN OF A PRODUCT IF:
- Product does not fit.
- Both the product & the shipping package have been damaged.
- Product is defective.
- Parts of the product or accessory is missing.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

Provide us with your order ID details, an image of the product and "PARCEL UNBOXING / OPENING VIDEO" on our official Email ID or customer care executive number which shall be provided to you upon receipt of your complaint.

CtrlAltDel strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur.
CtrlAltDel cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, CtrlAltDel shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product unless the product has already been delivered by our courier partner. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, CtrlAltDel may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered, your offer will not be deemed accepted and CtrlAltDel will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that CtrlAltDel accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card/ debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to CtrlAltDel’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account.
That it is certified that correct products’ price have been charged and latest edition of books have been supplied.
