Returns & Exchanges

To return your product, you must ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order and cover the shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and free of any odors. Upon receiving your return, it will undergo a quality check. CtrlAltDel reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item fails to meet our quality standards.

Refunds are issued as store credit. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
